At ardeegardencentre.ie, we respect your rights under Irish and EU consumer law, including the Consumer Rights Directive. This policy explains how returns, cancellations, and refunds are handled when you shop with us.

🔄 Right to Cancel (Cooling‑Off Period)

As an EU consumer, you have the right to cancel your online purchase within 14 days of receiving your order, without giving any reason.

To exercise this right, you must notify us in writing (email to ardeegardencentre@gmail.com) within the 14‑day period.

Once notified, you then have 14 days to return the goods to us.

📦 Conditions for Returns

Items must be returned unused, uninstalled, and in their original packaging.

Products that have been fitted, altered, or damaged by incorrect installation are not eligible for return under the cooling‑off period.

Clothing must be returned unworn, unwashed, and with tags attached.

Non‑returnable items:

       Gift cards

       Custom or made‑to‑order products

       Clearance items (unless faulty)

💡 Faulty or Incorrect Goods

If you receive a product that is faulty, damaged, or not as described, you are entitled to a repair, replacement, or refund under Irish consumer law.

Please contact us within 7 days of delivery with details and photos of the issue.

In these cases, we will cover the cost of return shipping.

💳 Refunds

Refunds will be processed within 14 days of receiving the returned goods or proof of return shipment.

Refunds are issued to your original payment method.

If goods are returned damaged or not in resalable condition, we may deduct a reasonable amount to cover the loss in value.

🚚 Return Shipping

For cancellations under the 14‑day cooling‑off period, customers are responsible for return shipping costs.

For faulty or incorrect items, ardeegardencentre.ie will cover return shipping.

To initiate a return or cancellation, please email ardeegardencentre@gmail.com with your order number and reason for return. We will provide instructions on how to send the item back.
